Events Privacy Policy
This notice describes our Events Privacy Policy.
By registering for our events and submitting your information online, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this privacy policy.
To register for our events, we ask for and store information about you. By registering for our events, you consent to the collection and use of this information in the manner described below.
Typically, you will be asked for your name, work postal address, work email address, work telephone number, company name, job title, and any other details relevant to the event, such as, for example, your firm’s or team’s approximate assets under management and indicative level of ETF usage. The details you provide may be stored electronically, online and offline, and in hard copy format.
The details you provide are necessary to enable us to produce event attendee lists, send out pre- and post-event information, tailor event programmes (such as content and agendas) to best suit delegate profiles, and market event sponsorship packages.
We may also contact you by email, post, or telephone to ask for your feedback and comments on our events or to promote other events that we think may be of interest to you. Furthermore, we may pass on your information to event partners, event co-hosts, and select third parties, such as commercial sponsors of the events you register to attend.
If you subsequently object to your details being used in this way, you are instructed to advise us accordingly in writing, specifically requesting to opt out.
